Settings -> Clause Types -> Contract Categories -> Approval Flows -> Entities -> Vendor Categories -> Vendors -> Clause Libraries -> Contract Types -> Contracts -> Addendum
The Revisions tab is used to manage the Contract's versions. Whenever the contract information or content is edited, the system saves it as a new version.
The Restore function is
used to revert to your desired Contract version. Before restoring, you can
preview the PDF to check if the contract content matches your desired
restoration.
The Tasks tab is used to create and manage Tasks related to the Contract.
1.9. Checklist
The Checklist tab is used
to manage the Special Clauses that were selected when creating the Contract.
When a clause has been executed or complied with, you can mark the clause as
complete.
You can also create your own clauses or checklists.
1.10. Attachments
The Attachments tab is
used to manage the Contract's related files. If you uploaded files when
creating the Contract, they will also be stored here.
The Visible to Customer function is used to allow the file to be displayed to the counterparty. When the counterparty signs the Contract, they can see these attached files.
The Activity tab is used to display the history of actions performed on the Contract, such as creation, editing, approval, signing, restoring, etc.
Select the View function
corresponding to the contract whose content you need to view according to the
counterparty's role.
The counterparty can sign the contract on this screen. The signature will also be stored.
